Pega Technical Specialist

Job Summary

The Technical Specialist (Pega) will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of Pega applications. They will play a key role in analyzing business requirements, providing technical guidance, and ensuring the successful execution of Pega projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Designing and developing pega applications based on business requirements

2. Collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure effective pega implementation

3. Providing technical expertise and support throughout the pega project lifecycle

4. Conducting pega application testing and troubleshooting issues

5. Implementing best practices and maintaining high standards of pega development

6. Training and mentoring junior team members on pega technologies

Skill Requirements

1. Strong experience in pega application development and customization

2. Proficiency in pega prpc (pega rules process commander) and pega frameworks

3. Knowledge of pega implementation methodologies and best practices

4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

6. Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver quality results within deadlines

Other Requirements

1.Pega Certified System Architect (PCSA) or Pega Certified Senior System Architect (PCSSA) certification is preferred but not mandatory required.
