Job Summary

Inventory Management JD:

 Manage inventory planning and stock control, ensuring optimal stock levels to meet business and operational requirements.
 Track inventory movements, including goods receipt, transfers, consumption, and adjustments in the system.
 Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams for timely replenishment and stock availability.
 Perform inventory reconciliation and cycle counts, ensuring accuracy between system and physical stock.
 Monitor slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory, and recommend corrective actions.
 Ensure compliance with inventory policies and audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation and controls.
 Generate inventory reports and analytics, supporting decision-making on stock optimization and cost control.
Procure to Pay (P2P) JD-
12-15 yrs of experience

 Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, including requisition creation, vendor selection, purchase order processing, and payment execution.
 Facilitate sourcing and vendor onboarding, including vendor master data validation, documentation compliance, and supplier registration.
 Review and process purchase requisitions (PR) and purchase orders (PO), ensuring approvals, budget adherence, and policy compliance
 Monitor order fulfillment and goods/services receipt, including verification through GRN (Goods Receipt Note) or SES (Service Entry Sheet).
 Handle invoice processing and 2-way/3-way matching, resolving discrepancies and managing exceptions in accounts payable.
 Execute vendor payments and support payment cycle activities, ensuring timely and accurate settlements.
 Provide vendor support and query resolution, including issue handling, compliance checks, and maintaining procurement documentation and audit.
