The SCCM Administrator plays a crucial role in maintaining and managing client systems within the organization. This position is responsible for independently resolving technical issues, providing on-call support, and conducting root cause analyses to enhance customer satisfaction and service quality. Key Responsibilities

Provide Technical Support For Sccm/Sms By Resolving Escalated Tickets And Conducting Root Cause Analysis To Identify And Address Underlying Issues, Ensuring Timely Resolution And Adherence To Sla.

Maintain And Manage Client Lifecycle Management Processes Using Intune And Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite, Ensuring Efficient Deployment And Management Of Client Devices.

Update And Manage The Knowledge Base By Documenting Solutions And Troubleshooting Steps, Contributing To Continuous Improvement And Training Materials For Onboarding New Analysts.

Train And Coach Junior Analysts On Best Practices And Operational Procedures In Sccm/Sms, Fostering A Collaborative And Knowledgeable Support Team.

Monitor And Analyze Customer Feedback And Service Metrics To Improve The Overall Customer Experience, Aiming For High Csat Scores Through Effective First Call Resolution Strategies.
