About the role

Job Summary

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, networking, and datacenter operations.
  • Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirementswith company goals and coordinate various managerial and technical personnel during allproject phases, from initial development through implementation.
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and manage project dependencies and critical paths, allocateresources appropriately, and ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope,and within budget.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including clients,vendors, and internal teams, to ensure clarity on project requirements, progress, and anychanges to the project scope.
  • Risk Management: Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises,and devise contingency plans.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successfulcompletion of short and long-term goals. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals,requirements of documentation, and presentations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that all projects are delivered with the highest quality and meetall project requirements and standards.
  • Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.Encourage team members to take positive action and accountability for their assignedwork.
  • Certifications: PMP, Agile, or relevant project management certification.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multipleprojects simultaneously and work under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make critical decisions underpressure.

  3. Lead And Mentor Project Teams By Facilitating Transparent Communication Of Goals And Expectations, Fostering A Culture Of Accountability And High Performance.

  4. Drive Innovation By Identifying Opportunities For Process Development And Implementing Best Practices That Contribute To Overall Organizational Progress.

  5. Provide Tailored Solutions That Align With Customer Needs And Organizational Capabilities, Leveraging Project Management Expertise To Achieve Business Results.

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficient In Project Management Methodologies And Tools, Including Dmo Frameworks.

  2. Strong Understanding Of Operations Management And Continuous Improvement Principles.

  3. Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills.

  4. Effective Leadership And Team Management Abilities.

  5. Familiarity With Client Relationship Management And Service Level Agreements.
