The role is responsible for handling complex escalations, driving root-cause resolution, governing secure and compliant ChromeOS operations, and supporting lifecycle, policy, security, and service optimization activities for enterprise-managed Chromebook devices.\\r\\n \\r\\n This role requires strong hands-on expertise in Google Admin Console, ChromeOS device policy management, enterprise enrollment, security configuration, troubleshooting, and integration awareness with Workspace ONE / endpoint management ecosystem, aligned to Airbus operational governance, SLA/KPI expectations, and documentation standards. Key Responsibilities\\r\\n• Provide L3 technical ownership for complex Chromebook / ChromeOS incidents, service requests, and problem records escalated from L1/L2 teams.\\r\\n• Perform advanced troubleshooting for enrollment failures, policy conflicts, sign-in issues, certificate-related issues, Wi-Fi/VPN connectivity, browser/app restrictions, and device compliance gaps.\\r\\n• Manage and optimize ChromeOS device policies through Google Admin Console, including user/device settings, organizational units, groups, app and extension controls, update policies, kiosk/shared device configurations, and security posture.
  • Support device lifecycle management activities including provisioning, enrollment, deprovisioning, replacement readiness, and compliance validation.
  • Ensure adherence to Airbus security, compliance, and operational standards for device management and endpoint governance.
  • Lead problem management and root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and drive permanent fixes and service improvement actions.
  • Plan and implement standard changes / normal changes related to ChromeOS policies, device configuration, and platform enhancements in alignment with change governance.
  • Maintain and improve knowledge articles, SOPs, troubleshooting guides, and technical documentation for Airbus support operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including endpoint engineering, security, network, identity, service desk, and platform teams to ensure end-to-end service availability.
  • Monitor service performance, identify trends, support automation opportunities, and contribute to improved user experience and operational productivity.
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, service reporting, and governance discussions as required by the Airbus account.Core Technical Skills• Strong experience with Google Admin Console for ChromeOS enterprise administration• Strong knowledge of ChromeOS device enrollment, zero-touch / enterprise enrollment models, deprovisioning, and device lifecycle management• Strong understanding of ChromeOS policy management, org units, groups, apps/extensions, browser controls, and shared/kiosk device configuration• Hands-on experience with ChromeOS security settings, privacy controls, Verified Access, certificate deployment, Wi-Fi and VPN configuration• Good stakeholder communication• Documentation mindset• Collaboration and teamwork• Results-oriented, proactive, and quality-focused Recommended / Preferred Certifications Google Professional Chrome
