Job Summary

A senior associate is a mid-level professional responsible for a variety of tasks within an organization. Senior associates are seen as leaders within their teams and are expected to possess a strong level of expertise in their field.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Responsible For Processing And Applying Customer Payments To Open Invoices, Ensuring That All Payments Are Accurately Recorded In The System

  2. Reconcile Customer Accounts To Ensure That All Payments Are Correctly Applied And Any Discrepancies Are Resolved Promptly

  3. Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Records Of All Cash Application Transactions. This Includes Updating Customer Accounts, Generating Reports On Cash Application Activities, And Ensuring That All Records Are Up-To-Date And Accurate

  4. Responsible For Providing Excellent Customer Service By Addressing Any Cash Application-Related Inquiries Or Concerns From Customers

  5. Work Closely With Other Departments, Such As Accounts Receivable And Customer Service, To Resolve Any Issues Related To Cash Application

Skill Requirements

  1. Proficiency In Cash Application Processes And Related Technologies

Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills:
