Key Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities : Installation & Configuration: Set up IBM Web Sphere Application Server (Network Deployment, Liberty profile) and related web servers like IBM HTTP Server (IHS), Apache, or Nginx. Performance Tuning: Optimize JVM settings, heap size, and connection pools to ensure high-speed application delivery. High Availability: Implement clustering, horizontal/vertical scaling, and load balancing to prevent downtime. Security Management: Configure SSL/TLS certificates, global security, and LDAP integrations for user authentication. Troubleshooting: Analyze Java heap dumps, thread dumps, and logs to identify root causes of application crashes or slowdowns. Automation: Use scripting languages like Jython/wsadmin, Shell, or Ansible to automate deployments and patches.
