2. Act As A Subject Matter Expert (Sme) In Embedded C And Rtos, Providing Technical Guidance And Support To Team Members And Stakeholders.

3. Ensure The Integration Of Cutting-Edge Technologies And Methodologies, Continuously Upgrading Knowledge To Maintain Relevance In Embedded Systems Development That Meets Quality Standards And Client Expectations.

4. Mentor And Train Team Members In Embedded C And Rtos, Ensuring A Skilled Workforce Capable Of Mitigating Delivery Risks And Enhancing Project Execution.

5. Gather Client Specifications And Deliver Tailored Solutions Based On Comprehensive Domain Knowledge And Technical Understanding, Ensuring Alignment With Organizational Goals.

6. Review And Assess Project Deliverables For Adherence To Technical Requirements And Quality Benchmarks, Providing Constructive Feedback For Improvement.
