About the role
Job Summary
To be responsible for managing technology in complex projects ,providing technical guidance and ensuring successful delivery of solutions.
Key Responsibilities

To be responsible for providing technical guidance to a team of developers, enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.

To conduct comprehensive code reviews, establish and oversee quality assurance processes, performance optimization , implementation of best practices and coding standards to ensure successful delivery of complex projects.

To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

To collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, deliverables and accordingly prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure & closure of escalations.
Skill Requirements
Should be Anaplan Certified Solution Architect/Master Anaplanner with total 10+ of total work experience. 6+ years of experience in Anaplan as a Model builder and knowledgeable in Workforce Planning, and Financial Planning processes. Should have handled 4+ end-to-end Anaplan implementations or solution rollout experience in Workforce Planning area and should possess a deep knowledge of resource planning processes of business. Hands on Experience with operating in sprint cycles using Agile/Scrum Framework. Work closely with team leads and senior consultants to analyze new requirements, configure and build solutions and resolve production issues.
