Senior Technical Specialist

Job Summary

**Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using the Spring Boot framework, focusing on backend development and API integration. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems and to deliver a robust, user-friendly experience for store operations.**Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices.
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the development or support of Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka/Rabbit MQ/IBM MQ .
• Create high-performance, scalable applications using the Spring Boot framework.
• Develop and maintain web applications using Angular and React.js.
• Involved in Designing and Architecture of Java Applications .

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery

To support as an Subject Matter Expert:

1. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements

2. Ensuring a sufficient pool of skilled professionals in the designated technology, through activities such as conducting interviews, providing training sessions and offering mentorship.

3. To gather specifications and deliver solutions to the client organization based on understanding of a domain or technology.

4. To support competency development with envisioning and articulating propositions – building collaterals/ whitepaper creation, market trend analysis etc.

5. To recommend client value creation initiatives and implement industry best practices (on specific technology/product)
