Job Summary

Job Summary : Skills:

• Ability to enhance existing procedures, plan the activities, handle escalations and mentor junior members.
• Good Understanding of Linux, virtualization, Network and cloud concepts.
• Understand & improve firm’s current hardware deployment, monitoring and Break fix procedures.
• Ability to articulate an issue concisely and provide recommendation on solution.
• Understands GS compute Providing, remediation, break-fix and other flows and able to troubleshoot quickly for client.
• At least 3 months exposure with GS on premise or equivalent environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Understand, improve, implement & maintain on premise compute environment for enterprises.
• Implementing & managing the environment for the capacity Baselining and reporting.
• Participate in day-to-day troubleshooting, handle escalations from junior front-line Engineers.
• Ensure our hardware Break fix meets our current SLA commitments.
• Handling incidents, Changes & Problems Managements as per SLA.
• Implement and manage the automation Scripts.
• Preparing a standard operating document (SOP’s)for weekend or other scheduled activities.
• Implement the best practices and eliminate manual work.
• Continuously assess the environment an provide recommendations to improve.
