Technical Specialist - Rest, Jira, Windchill

Job Summary

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for providing expertise and support in areas related to rest, Jira, and Windchill. This role will involve managing technical aspects, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the effective utilization of these technologies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Implement and configure rest apis for seamless integration of systems.
2. Administer jira platform, customize workflows, and provide technical support to users.
3. Manage windchill plm system, including configurations, upgrades, and user support.
4. Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify technical requirements and provide solutions.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to rest, jira, and windchill.
6. Stay updated on industry best practices and recommend improvements for efficient utilization of these technologies.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in restful api development and integration.
2. In-depth knowledge of jira administration, including workflows, permissions, and issue tracking.
3. Experience with windchill plm system administration, configuration, and support.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet project deadlines.

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Jira or Windchill are a plus.
