Senior MES Developer

Job Summary

As a Senior MES Developer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering high-quality code tailored to the Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) domain. Your expertise will ensure that projects meet defined time, quality, and cost standards, contributing significantly to the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations. You will also be responsible for supporting existing features and implementing enhancements based on client and business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Existing Mes Features By Troubleshooting Bugs, Resolving Ad-Hoc Requests, And Implementing New Developments Using Mes Applications, Ensuring Alignment With Client And Project Specifications.

2. Deliver Client Support By Analyzing Data And Information, Resolving Tickets, And Managing Daily Support Activities While Monitoring Client Requirements And Ensuring Timely Delivery Of Tasks In Accordance With Quality Standards.

3. Develop And Update Documentation For Process Enhancements And Compliance With Cmmi Standards, Ensuring Alignment With Client Requirements And Project Specifications.

4. Provide Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers In Mes Technologies, Promoting Best Practices And Coding Standards To Enhance Team Performance.

5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather Detailed Requirements, Translating Them Into Actionable Development Tasks And Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Mes Domain Specialization, With Proficiency In Relevant Technologies And Tools.

2. Familiarity With Software Development Methodologies And Practices, Particularly In The Context Of Mes Applications.

3. Basic Knowledge Of Cmmi Documentation Standards And Processes.

4. Experience In Client Interactions And Requirement Gathering For Software Development.

Other Requirements
