About the role
Job Summary
To drive effective delivery of project(s)/program as per the agreed Compliance norms, timelines, scope, budget with high CSAT.1. Project Planning and Execution: · Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources. · Define milestones and clear deliverables while ensuring compliance with internal guidelines and external regulations. · Monitor progress, performance, risks, and outcomes of assigned projects. 2. Leadership and Team Collaboration: · Lead cross-functional teams, including stakeholders from functional areas such as clinical development, regulatory affairs, marketing, operations, and IT, depending on the scope of the project. · Facilitate team meetings, drive collaboration, and resolve conflicts to ensure alignment and team efficiency. 3. Communication and Stakeholder Management: · Serve as the main point of contact for stakeholders and leadership regarding project status, updates, and risks. · Prepare and present regular reports, including progress updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategies. 4. Risk Management: · Identify, assess, and proactively manage project risks. · Develop and implement mitigation plans and contingency strategies to prevent delays or disruptions. 5. Ensuring Quality and Compliance: · Ensure that all project deliverables meet Novartis quality standards and SOPs. · Comply with regulatory and safety standards applicable to the project’s scope, especially in healthcare or drug development projects. 6. Process Improvement: · Continuously analyze project execution strategies and suggest improvements to processes, tools, or methodologies. · Implement best practices across project management efforts. Role Requirement: 1. Educational Background: · Bachelor’s degree in science, medicine, pharmacy, engineering, business administration, or related field. · Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MSc, PhD, or PMP certification) preferred. 2. Work Experience: · 10+ years of experience as Project Manager within the pharmaceutical, healthcare, or biotech sectors. · Proven track record of managing large, complex projects (including global or regional projects) with multiple stakeholders. · Experience in Managing Cybersecurity Project Management 3. Skills & Competencies: · Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. · Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. · Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar). · Understanding of Cybersecurity, IT and OT firewall 4. Other Attributes: · Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities. · High attention to detail, analytical mindset, and problem-solving capabilities. · Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach.

Mandate: · At least 10+ years of experience as IT Project Manager with a proven track record of leading IT infra and Data Center Migration projects · MS Project expertise · Excellent communication and change management skills · PMP or Prince2 certification Preferred: · Pharma/Healthcare domain experience · Demonstrable leadership skills within a global matrix organization · Strong outcome-driven mind-set · Ability to lead global, multicultural, multifunctional teams
Skill Requirements
Good to Have skills : Experience in Managing Cybersecurity related Projects as Project Manager, Good to have Certifications : PMP, PgMP, CISM or CISSP
