Job Summary
The Senior PMO Associate in PMO Operations is responsible for overseeing the project management office operations, ensuring efficiency, adherence to project timelines, and effective communication among stakeholders. The role involves managing project documentation, monitoring project progress, and implementing project management best practices.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate project management activities and ensure all projects are delivered on time and within scope
2. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
3. Track project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
4. Facilitate communication among project team members, stakeholders, and leadership
5. Prepare and present project status reports to management
6. Support the implementation of project management tools and methodologies
7. Conduct regular project reviews and identify areas for process improvement
8. Ensure compliance with project management standards and policies
