Senior Test Lead

Job Summary

• Career tester with 7+ years of functional testing experience;

• Ideal to have Temenos/T24 Core banking background

• Good hands on experience in testing applications in Core Private Banking or Investment banking domain;

• Experience of Order Management and Trade Lifecycle preferably for multiple financial products

• Exposure and understanding of database and middle ware systems;

• Good working experience on agile methodology & environments;

• Good understanding and working knowledge of Unix systems;

• Excellent Analytical presentation and communication skills.

• Validate and work as a QA expert to review the functionality of the existing systems;

• Conduct requirement analysis, Define and design the test strategies;

• See through the entire test life cycle;

• Cater to back-end testing and responsible to lead execution of test cases/test scenarios;

• Liaison with teams to provide high quality and defect-free solutions

• Primary Skill Functional Testing/T24/Order Mgt Exp

• Secondary Skill UAT/T24/Testing

Key Responsibilities

1. To participate in functional as well as technical discussions with the client /team to understand functional /design specifications ,highlight performance concerns, inconsistencies ,ensure the appropriate test environments and infrastructures are in place/kept upto date.

2. To Identify opportunities for process improvement in testing methodologies /tools and Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the testing process.

3. To oversee the creation and execution of automated test scripts ensuring consistency and alignment with quality standards to minimize exposure.

4. To develop/guide and mentor QA engineers in the use of the testing framework , enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity.
