Job Summary

To be responsible for managing technology in projects and providing technical guidance / solutions for work completion

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.

2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity

3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).

4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.

Skill Requirements

Senior UKG Kronos WFM Consultant Experience: 8-10+ Years
Location: Offshore (India)
Duration: Long-Term Contract

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and support UKG/Kronos Workforce Management modules.

• Design and maintain Business Structure, Labor Categories, Access Profiles, Employee Groups, and Hyper Finds.

• Support Person Import, Labor Category Import, Payroll Export, and WIM integrations.

• Perform impact analysis, configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment activities.

• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, Workday, and Integration teams.

• Create design documents, mappings, and test scenarios.

Required Skills:

• 8-10+ years of UKG/Kronos WFM experience.

• Strong expertise in:

• Business Structure

• Labor Categories

• Access Profiles

• Hyper Finds

• Employee Groups

• Pay Policies & Adjustment Rules

• Reports & Data Views

• Experience with Workforce Integration Manager (WIM).

• Experience with inbound/outbound integrations and payroll interfaces.

• Strong troubleshooting, configuration, and production support experience.

Preferred Skills:

• UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions)

• Workday Integration

• Boomi Integration

• SQL & Reporting

• Experience supporting large US/Canada implementations

Note: Must be available for overlap with US business hours and possess strong communication skills.
