Job Summary

Responsible for providing regular reporting and metrics covering Incident Management for key stakeholders. Build, develop and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions. Partner in the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.

Partner in the design and delivery of reports and insights that analyze business functions and key operations and performance metrics.

Skill Requirements

Anticipate future demands of initiatives related to people, technology, budget and business within your department and design/implement solutions to meet these needs. Responsible for leading data analytics to improve processes and procedures and suggest shift left strategies. Responsible for creating/enhancing Tableau Dashboards for Product Team stakeholders and the Service Desk Mgmt. Team

Ability to effectively collaborate with other interfacing teams and business partners to maintain and improve incident management processes and track incident metrics.
