Job Summary

To support the execution of programs across customer engagements to achieve defined objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collect, collate, and publish project/program reports to stakeholders.

2. Coordinate periodic reviews, prepare MOMs, and track action items to closure.

3. Monitor project health status and report on all program aspects.

4. Execute resource management plans, including onboarding, training, and resource release.

5. Maintain a central repository for all deliverables.

6. Track progress on the implementation of best practices, processes, and standards/tools.
