About the role
Job Summary

Identification of vulnerabilities on the client
-
Automation of the removal of software with numerous vulnerabilities
-
Customer consultation and communication regarding removal processes and incident management within the Windows team.

Creation of knowledge records,
-
Problem management (bug tracking)
-
Evaluation of vulnerability reports + initiation and implementation of measures to mitigate vulnerabilities
-
Create uninstallation requests and track and report on the uninstallation of the affected software
Key Responsibilities
-
To ensure generation of tower level EE & EN revenue
-
To ensure that all responsibilities, tasks and escalations/crisis are closed as per agreed SLA norms
-
To manage Operational Hygiene, validate reports and ensure that services are provided as per agreed SOW
-
To ensure positive customer satisfaction and develop new initiatives/ frameworks to improve the same
-
To manage and implement Profit Improvement Plan (PIP) through levers like Automation & self-driven initiatives     Â
