About the role
Job Summary
Minimum 8-10 years helpdesk experience in a technical support role\r\n Experience as a support Team Lead preferred\r\n Mandatory support experience in all Windows client support, O365, Remote Access, client networking, Printing, MDM & VDI solutions, Active Directory \r\n Support experience in Linux, Jamf is desired\r\n Clear communications in English – both written and verbal, good decision making, strong analytical skills, strong organizational skills\r\n Certification in Microsoft technology and certification & working experience of ITIL processes desired \r\n
Key Responsibilities
Team Management, KPI/SLA attainment, be the SPOC for customer for SD operations, escalation management
Skill Requirements
Excellent communication skills, Good understanding of IT-SD Operations, people management skills
