The Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Support & Operations plays a critical role in ensuring the timely resolution of escalations and incidents within the Azure environment. By leveraging advanced knowledge of Windows Azure PaaS and IaaS, this role emphasizes quality compliance and customer satisfaction, fostering effective communication with key stakeholders to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities

Ensure On-Time Resolution And Quality Compliance Of Escalated Tickets And Incidents Within Windows Azure Paas And Azure Iaas, Adhering To Agreed Service Level Agreements (Sla).

Mentor Team Members And Administrators By Providing Technical Guidance On Windows Azure Services, Enhancing Team Capabilities While Preparing Standard Operating Procedures (Sops) And Maintaining Comprehensive Documentation.

Validate Change Order Implementation Plans And Ensure Human Error Compliance, Actively Participating In Capacity Planning Discussions To Optimize Resource Allocation In Azure Environments.

Actively Engage In Customer Meetings To Understand Issues Faced And Ensure Positive Feedback And Satisfaction Through Effective Problem Resolution And Support.
