Technical Specialist - Java, Spring, Hibernate, MongoDB

Job Summary

The Technical Specialist will be responsible for overall design and for overseeing and implementing technical solutions using Java, Spring, Hibernate, and MongoDB. The primary goal is to ensure efficient and effective utilization of these technologies within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain applications using java, spring framework, hibernate, and mongodb

2. Design and implement backend services and apis utilizing java and related frameworks

3. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to java, spring, hibernate, and mongodb

4. Collaborate with cross functional teams & client to deploy and optimize applications

5. Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and testing of applications

6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in java, spring, hibernate, and mongodb

7. Involve in planning, & estimation for development & delivery.

8. Mentoring the technical team

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in java programming language

2. Proficient with spring framework, including spring boot, spring mvc, and spring security.

3. Strong knowledge of hibernate for database interaction

4. Proficient with relational database and nosql db

5. Familiarity with restful services and api development

6. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail

7. Ability to work in a team as well as independently

8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

9. Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies

Other Requirements

1.Relevant certifications in Core Java, Spring, Hibernate, or MongoDB are a plus
