Tower Lead - Fortinet, Palo Alto Firewall

Job Summary

• As a Network Security Service owner
• Firewall you will be working with multiple different Firewall / Security Platforms across geographically dispersed enterprise datacenters

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in security zone architecture and on-going design changes to ensure adequate security protections while enabling business value and outcomes.
• Active involvement in Troubleshooting calls (Participates in ad hoc issues and P1 incident response) • Ability to analyze , review and clean the firewall rules • Analyzing discovery information and determines requirements for migration; Providing gap analysis at the start of the project and execute firewall migration project • Work with stakeholders to review and implement security policy on firewall devices • Advanced In-depth knowledge of various network and application level protocols including TCP/IP, UDP, DNS, DHCP, HTTP/S, LDAP, BGP, SSH/SSL, NFS CCNP • Ability to troubleshoot firewall related incidents • Configuration of Site-to-Site VPN’s • Understand the clustering of the firewalls • Performs analysis of network needs and contributes to design, integration, and installation of hardware and software • Perform end to end capacity management and Life cycle management program.
