Job Summary

This role is accountable for architectural leadership and strategic technical direction in the validation of silicon platforms. The individual will drive the design and implementation of scalable, complex solutions aligned with contemporary technology trends, ensuring that deliverables adhere to industry best practices. They will leverage deep expertise in silicon platform validation and Python to guide technical teams, influence standards, and steer innovation across projects while maintaining governance and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architect silicon platform validation frameworks using Python, enabling scalable and automated verification processes for complex hardware systems.

2. Lead design and development of advanced validation solutions, integrating Python-based test automation for product and project delivery.

3. Gather and analyze client requirements to create innovative, domain-driven validation strategies that support strategic business initiatives.

4. Establish and enforce architectural standards, conducting comprehensive reviews of design deliverables to ensure compliance with industry benchmarks and regulatory requirements.

5. Drive continuous technology adoption by evaluating and implementing emerging validation tools and Python libraries, ensuring solutions remain current and effective.

6. Mentor technical teams in silicon validation methodologies and Python automation, developing talent pipelines and mitigating delivery risks.

7. Author technical whitepapers, represent the organization in industry forums, and contribute to intellectual property by filing patents on novel validation approaches.

Skill Requirements

1. Architectural leadership in silicon platform validation, with excellent knowledge of hardware verification techniques.

2. Expert proficiency in Python, including test automation frameworks (e.g., Pytest, Robot Framework) and scripting for hardware-software integration.

3. Advanced skills in designing scalable validation systems for complex silicon architectures.

4. Solid understanding of industry standards such as IEEE, PCIe, USB, and relevant validation protocols.

5. Experience in driving technical governance, compliance, and process optimization within large-scale environments.

6. Excellent ability to mentor teams in advanced silicon validation practices and Python-based solutions.

Other Requirements

1. Certification in Python programming (e.g., PCAP – Python Certified Associate Programmer) is optional but valuable.

2. Certification in hardware verification standards (e.g., IEEE Certified Verification Engineer) is recommended.

3. Participation in industry forums and contribution to recognized technical publications are advantageous.
