Job Summary
- Behavior Change Specialist Have a passion for end user readiness and driving adoption,Join our team! Our Behavior Change Specialists design and deliver adoption campaigns for digital tools and application deployments. This requires a strong focus on user experience and optimizing business impact. We are looking for team members who are passionate advocates for the end-user with deep empathy for their everyday struggles and challenges. They must be able to explain complex changes in simple, practical terms and design compelling adoption communications and programs. They must be able to drive behavior change management through innovative communication and training solutions, delivered in an engaging manner that improves user experiences, satisfaction, and brand loyalty. Responsibilities:Leverage design thinking methodologies to drive human-centered adoption approaches. Understand the challenges users face adapting to the new digital technologies, areas of improvement, and ways of working, to assess how these interactions and experiences can be improved. Conduct workshops, interviews, surveys, focus group studies and other engaging activities across the customer’s organization to collect and analyze user behavior data. Define and track adoption metrics across multiple initiatives in a program by analyzing tool usage data, monitoring end user adoption and devising adoption campaigns that include key learning objectives and change management activities. Implement change strategies and plans for multiple engagements that can cross-functional boundaries. Integrate change management with product management and influences successful mitigation strategies. Create end user-facing communications throughout all phases of the change lifecycle. Track change readiness, program participation, product adoption and usage maturity. Work with internal and external stakeholders to execute user experience and effectiveness improvements based on your findings. Identify key areas of focus pre- and post-launch to continually drive value and maturity in tool usage.Drive Continual Service Improvement Programs across various client and digital foundation services domains. Minimum Qualifications:8+ years working in change management capacity, global experience is a plus Utilize standard Project and change management techniques and tools Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams of Engineers, Architects, Content Strategists and Product Managers throughout the design and deploy process. Familiar with the modern-day digital workplace tools and services Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environment.
- Natural storyteller who can create powerful and creative communications concepts. Experienced consultant who can use previous change leadership experiences to customize approach and methodology Skilled at stakeholder research to understand stakeholder needs, desires and identify change accelerators and blockers.Bachelor’s degree in communications, Information Sciences, Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial design, design thinking, human factors, human computer interactions or a related field or equal practical experience.What would be a Plus • Applies Prosci methodology, tools, and approaches, using instruments and tools to describe and plan change impacts on multiple engagements. Demonstrated experience in leading successful transformational change in a challenging environment.
- Determines contributing factors to strong sponsorship. Coaches and supports sponsors on expected behaviors, creating Sponsor Coalition and change network. Becomes trusted advisor for Sponsors.
- Executes and manages change management scope including sponsorship, coaching, communications, training, and resistance management plans. Articulates envisions and creates desired patterns in human dynamics (behaviors, mindsets, and culture
