• Role & Responsibilities
• Working as an Individual contributor and would be reporting to a Project Manager
• Would be responsible for coding, testing and development/sustenance of high quality and secure products/solutions.
• Follow source code management, sonar reviews and documentation updates to adhere to processes
• Maintains a high level of customer satisfaction by clarifying customer needs and ensuring that these are met.

Development skills
o Strong Development experience

Core and Advanced Java programming skills:

J2EE, JAX-RS & REST Application programing.
o Multithreading, with excellent debugging skills

Environment: Strong Linux /RHEL environment work experience and hands on Kubernetes/Container knowledge is a must.
Webservers: Tomcat, JBoss, Wildfly (optional)

• Domain skills
• Telecom Domain: Telecom domain experience and familiarity with protocols.
• Experience in all phases of the software development lifecycle (SAFe, Agile).

Environment: Strong Linux /RHEL environment work experience must. Kubernetes/Container knowledge
Build Environment: GIT, Ant/Maven build, RPM, DevOPS
Protocol: Knowledge of SIP/Rest is preferrable.

Education & experience
B.E/B.Tech Computer Science/E&C/Information Science
8 to 10 years of experiecne

Key Responsibilities

1. To be responsible for providing technical guidance / solutions ;define, advocate, and implement best practices and coding standards for the team.
2. To develop and guide the team members in enhancing their technical capabilities and increasing productivity
3. To ensure process compliance in the assigned module| and participate in technical discussions/review as a technical consultant for feasibility study (technical alternatives, best packages, supporting architecture best practices, technical risks, breakdown into components, estimations).
4. To prepare and submit status reports for minimizing exposure and risks on the project or closure of escalations.
