Job Summary

JD Requirement: VR Content Developer / VR Simulation Creator 🔹 Number of Positions Total Open Positions: 10 🔹 Role Overview This role is focused on VR Content Development, not software development. The platform is already created at Applied. Candidate will work on drag-and-drop VR simulation creation using existing tools. No coding knowledge is required. 🔹 Primary Skills Strong experience in Mechanical domain Knowledge of CAD Modeling Experience in simulation workflow (step-by-step animation creation) Understanding of 3D models and animations 🔹 Secondary Skills Basic understanding of VR simulation tools/platforms Exposure to industrial or manufacturing simulations Good analytical and visualization skills 🔹 Mandatory Requirements No programming / coding required Good communication skills (Fluent English) Hands-on experience in: CAD tools 3D modeling Animation/simulation tools 🔹 Experience 3+ years Preferred background: Mechanical Engineering Electrical Engineering (secondary preference) More weightages will be given to Mechanical candidates 🔹 Education Diploma / Degree (Mechanical / Electrical) Good learning ability is mandatory 🔹 Work Location & Shift Location: Bangalore (ITPL) Shift Timing: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM 🔹 Key Responsibilities Create VR simulations using pre-built platform (drag-and-drop) Work on CAD-based simulation content Develop step-by-step animation for processes Coordinate with teams to understand simulation requirements Ensure quality and accuracy of simulations 🔹 Interview Process Total Rounds: 2 Technical / Functio

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Clarify Design Requirements, Ensuring Alignment With Project Objectives And Customer Needs While Utilizing Tools Like Adobe Creative Suite And Sketch.

2. Create And Refine Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Designs Using Figma And Invision To Validate Design Decisions And Gather Feedback From Users And Stakeholders.

3. Mentor Junior Designers By Providing Guidance, Leading Training Sessions, And Developing Documentation To Share Knowledge And Enhance Team Skills In Visual Communication Design.

4. Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams, Including Developers And Product Managers, To Ensure That Design Concepts Are Effectively Integrated Into The Overall Project Goals Using Tools Like Trello And Jira For Project Management.

5. Partner With Quality Assurance Teams To Establish Design Quality Standards And Conduct Design Reviews, Ensuring High-Quality Outputs That Meet User Expectations.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Visual Communication Design Principles And Techniques.

2. Proficiency In Design Software Such As Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign), Figma, And Sketch.

3. Familiarity With Prototyping Tools Like Invision And Axure.

4. Knowledge Of User-Centered Design Processes And Methodologies.

5. Ability To Communicate Design Concepts Effectively To Both Technical And Non-Technical Stakeholders.
