Senior Test Specialist

Job Summary

To design, execute, and optimize testing strategies, mentor junior team members, and advocate for best practices across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & Framework Development:

• Design, build, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and tools

• Develop reusable, maintainable automation code for UI, API, and backend systems

• Implement frameworks using Java, Python, and TypeScript

Quality Engineering & Strategy:

• Define and execute test strategies, quality plans, and automation roadmaps

• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and recommend improvements in test coverage

• Work with services like Lambda, Step Functions, SQS, SNS, S3, EC2

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)

• mplement performance testing (Gatling/k6/JMeter)
