About the role

Job Summary

  • About the Role We are looking for experienced L1 Technical Support Engineers with a strong background in International Voice Process and Technical Support. The role involves handling inbound calls from global customers and providing L1-level troubleshooting support on IT-related issues. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound voice calls and provide professional technical support to global users.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to: o IT Service Desk operations o MS Office & Office 365 o VPN connectivity o Basic Networking o System & Browser Troubleshooting o Software installation/uninstallation o Antivirus support o Printer setup & troubleshooting o One Drive & One Note o MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) o VDI (Virtual Desktop Infra) • Log, track, and follow up on incidents until resolution.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience on every call. ________________________________________ Required Experience & Skills Mandatory:
  • Minimum 1 year experience in an International Voice Process (USA or UK) • Minimum 1 year experience in International Voice Technical Support Technical Skill Requirements (Mandatory):
