Analyst - English, Spanish, Windows

Job Summary

• Core experience in Windows, Active Directory, VMware v Sphere and v Realize Suite, v Realize Automation (vRA), v Realize Orchestrator (vRO), Horizon View administration in a global & heterogeneous environment.
• Experience with VMware Site Recovery Manager and storage replication technologies, designing and deploying v Sphere Replication and Storage Replication Adapter (SRA).
• Good Understanding of Virtualization technology (Hyper-V and VMware) • Experience on VMware ESXi 6.0, 6. 5, 6.7 & 7.0 v Sphere.
• Good hands on Experience in diagnostics & troubleshooting of ESXi & v Center server environment.
• Good understanding of HA and DR environment.
• Experience in performance tuning of VMware servers and Virtual sessions and management of servers resources between virtual machines.
• Experience and Expertise on Windows 2012, 2016, 2019, Network services Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, IIS, ADFS, Group Policies, and FTP & SFTP.
• Ability to implement AD infrastructure. Proficient in doing Recovery of AD Domain Controllers, DNS, WINS, DHCP servers.
• In-Depth knowledge of Domain Controllers replication configurations • Good Exposure to Group Policies creation, their testing and implementation.
• Should have good knowledge & troubleshooting skills on MS Clusters and Load Balancing.
• Strong in File and Print Server Management; Knowledge in Windows Security; experienced in Antivirus products • Excellent in PowerShell scripting and task automation work with measurable outputs and operational efficiencies
