Providing pre-sales technical / architectural support and driving successful user adoption

Maintain and update the Security Hardening parameters for installed On-Prem or Customer cloud tenant.

Enforce MAM policies and procedures in the Intune environment.

Application Deployment via Intune on Win10 Devices

Should have knowledge on VPP application management.

Provide support for publishing applications into the Company Portal catalog and help deployment of those applications.

Should have expertise on Application Deploy, Upgrades and Application removal on all major platforms.

Monitor for application compliance and configure auto enforcement policy to fix.

Provide a platform for Mobile device environment including coordination with third parties and other teams within client ecosystem as needed.

Manage and maintain MDM platform and underlying infrastructure:

Manage legacy infrastructure in compliance with MDM solutions.

Enable employee self-activation of corporate and BYODs.

Provide services for real time cost management (License Harvesting) and policy enforcement

Optimize mobile carrier plan according to use requirements, user profile studies and standards and policies.

Provide device alerts and warnings for overages and roaming (If telecom polices are enforced).

Provide authorized employees secure access to approved third party and private applications
-
MIM Provide ability to enforce security and policy through role-based models.

Provide self-service to enrol devices with authentication for secure provisioning

Contribute to MDM capabilities development and improvement for a Persona Orientation Model

Be a mentor and work with other vendors and on-site vendors that support the MDM, Microsoft Office 365, and telecommunication systems.

Respond to requests from internal and authorized external business units in a timely manner.

Prioritize and execute tasks in a time-sensitive environment.

Ability and desire to conduct research and resolve tickets from the end user community for mobile device issues and new products.

Work with a team of engineers to plan, design, develop, build and deploy new MDM solutions of different dept. within the customer network.
Requirements:

Intune Professional Certification preferred + Minimum Eight years of relevant work experience with mobile devices.

Microsoft Office 365 MCSA certification preferred

Knowledgeable in managing i

Understanding of VIP support (Special/Privileged) users/devices.

Experience Windows server 2008/2012 installation and maintenance

Your Role and Responsibilities:
As L3, you are responsible to Design & Build imaging (MDT/OSD etc..)environment. You must have Expertise in imaging to develop gold image and deploy as per client requirement. You should be able to handle first point escalation for all technical and process issues. Provide technical subject matter expertise wherever required. Ensure proper communication and quick resolution as a crisis manager. Plan and schedule Changes, Release and Coordinating with different stakeholders. Perform RCA for Major Incidents related to his / her tower Follow quality / security process defined for the engagement.

Providing SME support to the Imaging environment, which interacts with the Windows end user 10 platform, which consists of the following component.

Exposure to Imaging tools like MDT, SCCM 2007/12/CB Version 1902, 1906, 1910, 2002 etc…

OS imaging (Windows 10), Windows 10 servicing model

Windows Upgrade (Task sequence, feature update, SAAS etc)

Modern Device management solution – CMG, CDP, Co-management.

Patching configuration and Distribution
-
Packaging and distribution.

Deployment of imaging, packaging & deployment in WVD and Physical environment,
-
Windows OS (Win 10/2012, 2016,2019),
-
Scripting languages like VB & Power shell
-
Azure cloud knowledge of these platform deployments.

Perform SME roll, installation, implementation, customization, operation, recovery and performance tuning, architect level of support.

Owns & maintain compliance level of the environment.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

Minimum 12+ years in SCCM platform
-
Strong Knowledge in imaging tools (OSD/MDT etc…).
-
Prior SME experience in MDT, SCCM, windows, AD Server Support, designing, troubleshooting.
-
Ability to interface with customer technical teams and percolate it down to the technical delivery teams.

Validated expertise to Update/upgrade OS by requests and all related works and reporting packages update for the production servers
-
Willingness to Cover on-call / Standby on rotation. Managing ticket queues for Incidents / Service requests & Changes
