Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and optimization of AI/ML models for industrial inspection use cases.

• Build and fine‑tune deep learning models using Py Torch, Tensor Flow, and Keras.

• Drive projects involving Generative AI, Agentic AI platforms, and advanced model engineering.

• Implement RAG pipelines, prompt engineering strategies, and vector database integrations for intelligent retrieval systems.

• Architect cloud‑native AI solutions on AWS/Azure.

• Develop, evaluate, and deploy ML algorithms such as Linear/Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Decision Trees, XGBoost, etc.

• Build robust Python-based pipelines for data processing, feature engineering, and model deployment.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate complex business needs into scalable technical solutions.

• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical best practices.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Deep Learning, Computer Vision, OCR, AI model lifecycle, GenAI and LLM in Industrial application areas.

• Hands‑on experience with Py Torch, Tensor Flow, Keras.

• Working knowledge of Generative AI, RAG, Graph database and prompt engineering.

• Worked in Document Intelligence projects

• Worked in Agentic AI development

• Expertise in Python and ML algorithms.

• Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Milvus, etc.).

• Cloud proficiency in AWS or Azure.

• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and leadership skills.

• Yrs of exp- 5 to 10 yrs
