Job Summary

• The candidate should have a graduate degree in Commerce or Accounting, with post-graduate or professional qualifications preferred, especially in the finance domain for non-commerce graduates.

• Required experience includes 5 to 8 years in Dynamics within the finance domain, with at least 3 end-to-end implementations and expertise in finance modules like General Ledger, Cash and Bank, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable.

• Additional skills include knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/US GAAP), exposure to Management Reporter, ISVs like Exflow and Fourvision, documentation capabilities, and strong communication skills for interacting with overseas customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Qualification –

• Graduate – in Commerce or Accounting.

• Post-Graduate / Professional Preferable. (In Finance domain) – Preferable.

• Post-Graduate / Professional Preferable. (In Finance domain must for Graduates in other than Commerce or Accounting).

• Experience of 5 to 8 years Dynamics, in domain of Finance.

• Extensive / Reasonable experience in implementations & Support -

• In implementation, preferably 3 + end-to-end implementations.

• Experience in Finance modules sought for –

• General Ledger, Cash and Bank, Account Receivable, Accounts Payable.

• Fixed Assets, taxation.

• Budgeting preferred.

• Cost Accounting and Cost Management – An added advantage.

• Knowledge in Accounting Standards / IFRS / US GAAP, highly preferred.

Skill Requirements

• Exposure to Management Reporter.

• MUST possess basic knowledge in domain of Commerce, Finance and Accounting.

• Exposure to Configuration, set up will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to ISV's like Exflow, Fourvision, Zellis & Loki added advantage.

• Must be capable of doing documentation viz. FDD, SDD, Change request etc.

• Must be capable of correlating the business process & activities between interfaces.

• Good interpersonal skills & team player.

Excellent communication skills to interact with overseas customers
