Lead Agile Business Analyst

Job Summary

Task Description: We are looking for a structured and proactive Business Analyst to support the Diana project, a barcode harmonization initiative. You will work closely with Product Owners and technical teams to document requirements, create specifications, and keep stakeholders aligned.

• Key Responsibilities

• Support the documentation of a unified 2D barcode specification, including data standards and interoperability requirements

• Create and maintain epics and user stories in Jira

• Organize and facilitate stakeholder meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and timely follow-ups

• Prepare clear documentation and presentations for both technical and business audiences

• Must Have Skills

• 2–4 years experience in a Business Analyst or similar role

• Strong documentation and written communication skills

• Comfortable engaging with both business and technical stakeholders

• Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence

• Proactive, structured, and able to work independently

• Familiar with diagramming tools (e.g. Visio) is a plus

• Familiar with Scrum and agile frameworks
