Senior Developer

Job Summary

The Performance Testing Engineer will be responsible for designing, executing, and analyzing performance tests using industry-standard tools such as JMeter and HP Load Runner. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in identifying system bottlenecks, interpreting test results, and providing recommendations for performance improvements. The role also involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure application scalability, reliability, and optimal user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using JMeter, HP Load Runner, and other relevant tools.

• Plan and conduct load, stress, endurance, and scalability tests for web and enterprise applications.

• Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and provide actionable insights to development and product teams.

• Identify performance bottlenecks and work with engineering teams to resolve issues.

• Maintain and update performance test environments as needed.

• Collaborate with QA, DevOps, and development teams to integrate performance testing into the CI/CD pipeline.

• Stay updated with the latest performance testing methodologies and tools.
