Job Summary : This individual will deliver the remediation project of F3 SIIs (Vendor Management & RTO alignment) by coordinating the required end to end activities.
Job Description : Role summary\\r\\n This individual will deliver the remediation project of F3 SIIs (Vendor Management & RTO alignment) by coordinating the required end to end activities.\\r\\n\\r\\n Role responsibilities\\r\\n Reporting directly to the Head Audits, Reporting and Governance for Technology Resilience, the role responsibilities include:\\r\\n• Ensure the project is planned in a manner that delivers to the required cost and quality and within the agreed scope, including appropriate milestone definition, work breakdown structure, dependencies, and assumptions\\r\\n• Ensure the project work is executed and implemented according to the plan or any agreed changes to the plan and according to agreed project management standards\\r\\n• Ensure relevant and appropriate analysis, management information, and reporting is provided\\r\\n• Ensure that requirements, plans, risks, issues, actions, costs, schedules, benefits, and other related project artefacts are documented and tracked\\r\\n• Ensure that appropriate meetings are held and that outputs and artefacts are produced and distributed. \\r\\n• Ensure that the project work is compliant with documented standards, templates, and frameworks, and captured in agreed toolsets\\r\\n• Ensure project stakeholder awareness, engagement, and communication\\r\\n• Analyse and identify possible risks and issues that could impact delivery and either resolve them or escalate as appropriately.\\r\\n• Engage on a regular basis with stakeholders and ensure broad awareness, engagement, and communication \\r\\n\\r\\n Experience required\\r\\n• Experience in managing IT Projects\\r\\n• Strong reporting and data analytical skills\\r\\n• Strong Project Management skills\\r\\n• Strong communication and presentation skills are mandatory\\r\\n• Strong problem-solving skills\\r\\n\\r\\n Skills Summary\\r\\n Following skills are desirable in the prospective candidate:
- \\r\\n Familiar with IT setup (application, infrastructure)\\r\\n Experience working within large enterprise environments\\r\\n Excellent communication and at ease working in an international, multi-cultural environment and matrix organization. \\r\\n Ability to work in a dynamic environment, managing multiple & changing priorities. \\r\\n Ability to extract information from multiple tools with high attention to detail and accuracy\\r\\n Excellent planning and organisational skills - able to multi-task and balance work within a highly demanding environment\\r\\n Excellent skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Share Point \\r\\n Financial services experience
