Senior C# Technical Lead - Azure DevOps

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for leading technical teams in the development, implementation, and maintenance of .net, azure devops, C# applications.
They will play a crucial role in driving innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of projects within the specified timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead and mentor technical teams to design, develop, and implement .net, azure devops, c# solutions

2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope

3. Manage the full software development lifecycle, including planning, coding, testing, and deployment

4. Implement best practices in coding standards, security, and scalability

5. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to meet business requirements

6. Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in .net, azure devops, c# development

7. Ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards

Skill Requirements

1. Proficiency in .net framework and c# programming language

2. Handson experience with azure devops for ci/cd pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring

3. Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly microsoft azure

4. Ability to lead and motivate technical teams towards project success

5. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration

7. Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions

8. Knowledge of agile methodologies and software development best practices

Other Requirements

1.Azure Developer Associate certification is preferred but not mandatory
