Should have CRM/Cloud domain knowledge with minimum 2 years of experience. Answer technical questions, solve technical problems, and suggest appropriate workarounds related to supported applications. Resolve customer service issues and skillfully manage complex customer service problems. Actively participate in job related training. Complete assigned project responsibilities. Maintain individual performance related to SLA's.
