Job Summary

Candidates should have a strong foundation in Pharm Net and Medication Process, along with a comprehensive understanding of the broader medication workflow within Oracle Millennium.
Expertise in medication management configuration, including auto substitution and auto verification, BCMA, Bedrock, CKI mapping, units of measure, drug forms, frequencies, routes of administration, eMAR, dosage calculation, dose range checking, order entry fields, formulary, and order sentence design, Power Plans, pharmacy rules, and medication charging.

Role Summary

Responsible for configuration, support, and optimization of Oracle Health Pharm Net and Medication Process, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient medication workflows across clinical and pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Support and configure Pharm Net and end-to-end medication workflows in Oracle Millennium

• Configure medication management components including order sentences, Power Plans, formulary, pharmacy rules, auto substitution, auto verification, BCMA, eMAR, dosage calculation, and medication charging

• Build and maintain Bedrock settings, CKI mapping, drug forms, units of measure, frequencies, and routes of administration

• Support medication safety features such as dose range checking and order entry validations

• Collaborate with pharmacy, clinical, and revenue teams; perform testing and documentation

Skill Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with Pharm Net and Medication Process configuration

• Comprehensive knowledge of Oracle Millennium medication workflows

Preferred Skills

• Experience with acute medication integrations, oncology workflows, and medication dispensing

• Hands-on exposure to Omnicell suite, i Bus, and Infusion Management Good to Have

• Understanding of CCL

• Strong analytical skills, especially using Excel Experience

• EL 3 | Typically 5–8 years of Oracle Health / Cerner pharmacy experience
