Job Summary

Scope of Responsibilities

• Identify and automate repetitive L1/L2 Run the Bank activities
• Design, develop, and maintain production ready automation solutions
• Integrate automation with monitoring and alerting platforms
• Support incident, problem, and resilience use cases via automation
• Maintain automation runbooks, SOPs, and documentation
• Collaborate with Service Engineers, SREs, and BTB teams
  Technical Skills
  Mandatory:
• Strong scripting skills: Python and/or Shell (Bash)
• Automation frameworks: Ansible or equivalent
• Linux / Unix operating systems
• Experience integrating automation with monitoring tools
• Understanding of application and middleware operations Desirable:
• Knowledge of banking / financial services environments
• Exposure to resilience, DR, or recovery automation
• Familiarity with CI/CD, API driven automation

Process & Governance Alignment:

• Working knowledge of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change)
• Ability to design automation aligned with audit and control requirements
• Experience operating in regulated environments preferred
  Experience Requirements
• 3–6+ years in automation, platform engineering, or production support roles
• Proven delivery of efficiency or stability improvements through automation
