Job Summary

Position Description:

• A BOT developer responsible for developing BOTS/DPA/Chatbots in Ford"s standard Pega platform and framework for MSS Department. Capable to adopt the approach to any proposed implementations in the following areas
• Deliver RPA/DPA solutions by following Ford standard delivery processes, tools sets and templates
• Analyze business process and assess automation feasibility and implement them
• Contribute to project playbooks, plan efficiently, create schedules, manage issues, establish communication plans
• Help improve System/Application access standards and frameworks
• Establish and adhere to Ford"s standard Security and Control procedure
• Manage Reusable Code Assets
• Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of the code across multiple environments in Pega
• Use the best-in-class coding standards
• Perform Code Reviews
• Facilitate Knowledge Transfer sessions
• Develop metrics, review metrics and status report

Key Responsibilities

Skills Required:

• Expertise in PEGA Robotic Automation tools Experience in developing / designing business processes and identifying automation and assess automation feasibility and the ability to translate automation-specific design and solution documents (SDD) - At least 3 years of development experience in Pega Platform (PRPC) - Experience in coding automation requiring minimal guidance
• Developing complex BOTs/Chatbot solutions
• Participation in medium to large project / program deliverables
• Good written and verbal communications
• Familiarity and usability experience with AGILE processes
• Ability to articulate process improvements opportunities
• Experience of working with global teams
