Track Manager - Ansible, Terraform, GITHub

Job Summary

This role is accountable for leading cloud automation operations across complex and large-scale environments, driving continuous improvement in service delivery, and ensuring robust automation practices using industry-leading tools. The individual empowers teams, implements innovative solutions, and maintains high standards of operational excellence to achieve client SLAs and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead cloud automation initiatives using Terraform and Ansible to provision, configure, and manage scalable infrastructure, ensuring alignment with client and organizational requirements.

2. Oversee code repositories and deployment workflows with GIT and GitHub, maintaining robust version control, and ensuring traceability across all operational changes.

3. Design and implement continuous integration and delivery pipelines using Jenkins and Cloud Build, optimizing automated deployment and release management processes.

4. Drive process improvement by analyzing operational workflows and integrating automation solutions that enhance reporting, information flow, and business process efficiency.

5. Mentor support and operations teams in the use of cloud automation tools, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing within the team.

6. Collaborate with clients to understand operational requirements, translating them into actionable automation strategies that ensure consistent SLA adherence and client satisfaction.

7. Champion innovation by evaluating emerging DevOps tools and practices, recommending and implementing enhancements for continuous improvement in cloud operations.

Skill Requirements

1. Advanced Skills In Ansible For Configuration Management And Automated System Administration.

2. Excellent Command Of Git And Github For Version Control And Collaborative Development Workflows.

3. Advanced Experience With Jenkins And Cloud Build For Ci/Cd Pipeline Development And Automation.

4. In Depth Understanding Of Cloud Platforms (Such As Aws, Azure, Or Gcp) And Cloud Native Operational Best Practices.

5. Excellent Problem Solving, Stakeholder Management, And Mentoring Abilities, Reflecting Leadership At An Expert Level.
