Job Summary

**SAP Fieldglass Consultant (**Technical hands- on implementation experience in SAP Fieldglass administration with good communication.)Developer Responsibilities

**Configure and maintain the SAP Fieldglass system to meet the organization's contingent workforce management needs.Manage user access and permissions, ensuring proper security measures are in place.Customize and enhance the SAP Fieldglass platform through scripting and API integrations to meet specific business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful third-party integrations.Develop and implement custom forms, workflows, and UI enhancements to improve user experience.Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the overall user experience through custom development.Establish feedback loops to gather user input and usage data for continuous improvement efforts.Utilize SAP Fieldglass analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights into contingent workforce trends.Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements based on data analysis.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to contingent workforce management.Stay informed about industry best practices and changes in relevant regulations.Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they can effectively use SAP Fieldglass to manage contingent workforce activities.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.**Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.Proven experience in SAP Fieldglass administration and development activities. Strong scripting skills and experience with API integrations.Development and implementation experience for custom forms, workflows, and UI enhancements to improve user experience Proven SAP Fieldglass domain experience like Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement & Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration knowledge for SAP & Non-SAP applications, Data requirement & Connector functionality etc Experienced in SAP Fieldglass implementation, configurations, support, rollout and testing for Contingent Workforce, Services Procurement (SOW Based Services), Profile Worker, Custom Reporting, Integration Involved on creating master data configuration and reporting setup Extensive working knowledge of Integration setup SAP Fieldglass with SAP Ariba, SAP ECC or S/4HANA & Success Factors Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.SDLC experience of Agile/Activate Delivery Methodology

Preferred Qualifications: Certification in SAP Fieldglass or related Contingent Workforce Management systems.
