Job Summary
Contribute to the organization's success by efficiently managing and enhancing Salesforce platform functionalities. Responsible for Salesforce administration, development using Salesforce Apex, customization using Lightning components, and ensuring smooth operations of all Salesforce related systems.
Key Responsibilities

Perform salesforce administration tasks including user management, security settings, data management, and system configuration.

Develop and implement custom solutions in salesforce using apex programming language.

Design, develop, and deploy lightning components to enhance user experience and improve system functionality.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical expertise and support for salesforce integrations with other systems and platforms.

Stay updated with salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to optimize salesforce implementation.
Skill Requirements

Proficient in salesforce administration tasks such as managing users, profiles, roles, permissions, and data.

Solid experience in salesforce apex development for creating triggers, classes, and batch processes.

Strong knowledge of salesforce lightning framework for building responsive and interactive user interfaces.

Familiarity with salesforce configuration, customization, and automation tools.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Good communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders, business users, and technical teams effectively.
Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Administrator, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I, and Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are preferred.
