Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Buyer to oversee the procurement of indirect materials and services across the Americas region. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services. This role requires previous experience in sourcing and supplier management, as well as working with cross-functional teams to support organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include developing and executing purchasing strategies, evaluating supplier performance, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify and fulfill business needs. Strong communication skills are essential for building partnerships, resolving issues, and presenting recommendations to management. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and drive continuous improvement in the supply chain.

Skill Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of experience in sourcing, supplier management, or purchasing

• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Fluency in English required; Spanish or Portuguese a plus

Other Requirements

Ability to work hours that align with US time zones (5:00pm IST to 2:30AM IST) is a must
