Job Summary

The Senior AMS PDK Designer plays a crucial role in delivering high-quality designs that align with both the project’s overall vision and customer requirements. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to refine design specifications and developing prototypes to validate design choices. The Senior Designer is also responsible for mentoring junior designers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement within the design team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Collaborate With Stakeholders To Gather And Refine Design Requirements For Ams Pdk Projects, Ensuring Clarity And Alignment With Customer Expectations.

2. Develop Prototypes And Proof-Of-Concept Implementations Using Ams Pdk Tools To Validate Design Decisions And Demonstrate Technical Feasibility.

3. Mentor Junior Designers By Sharing Knowledge And Expertise Through Organized Training Sessions And Comprehensive Documentation Of Design Standards And Best Practices.

4. Work Closely With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure That Software Designs Align With Overall Project Goals And Adhere To Industry Standards For Ams Pdk Design.

5. Engage With Quality Assurance Teams To Define And Uphold Design Quality Metrics, Ensuring That All Designs Meet Rigorous Quality Standards And Performance Expectations.
