Job Summary

To lead client solution advisory on areas where the principal has thought leadership| to help HCL construct compelling solutions in a bid and develop a pipeline of talent through mentoring in the said area.

Key Responsibilities

1. Create and manage relationship with Customer

2.Lead consulting projects as a Principal consultant and help build the practice

3.Mentor the consulting resources deployed on projects

4.Work with Vertical Sales teams for large deal and transformational proposals

5.Write thought papers and Point of View documents
