Job Summary

Job Summary : Sail Point ISC Architect will need to design, configure, and implement identity governance solutions using Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC). The role requires collaboration with stakeholders to understand business requirements, define use cases, and implement identity lifecycle, access governance, and compliance solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1.

Use Case Analysis & Implementation:

• Work with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and define identity governance use cases.
• Design and implement Sail Point ISC solutions to meet security, compliance, and business needs.
• Configure workflows, policies, and identity lifecycle processes in Sail Point Identity Now/Identity Security Cloud. 2.

Integration & Configuration:

• Integrate Sail Point ISC with HR systems, Active Directory, cloud applications (Azure, AWS, GCP), and enterprise applications (SAP, Service Now, etc.).
• Configure and manage Identity Now connectors for automated provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Implement role-based access control (RBAC), attribute-based access control (ABAC), and policies to enhance security. 3.

Compliance & Governance:

• Define and implement access review campaigns, certification processes, and audit policies.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations (e.g., SOX, HIPAA, GDPR, NIST).
• Provide governance reporting and analytics using Sail Point reporting capabilities. 4.

Automation & Optimization:

• Develop and optimize identity lifecycle automation workflows.
• Implement API-based automation for custom integrations and self-service.
• Troubleshoot and resolve identity governance and access management issues. 5.

Documentation & Training:

• Create technical documentation, including design documents, implementation guides, and operational procedures.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and stakeholders. Required Skills & Qualifications: ✅ Experience:
• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity Now/ISC implementation and 12 to 15 years of experience in architecting & implementing IGA solutions • Strong expertise in Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Identity Governance and Administration (IGA). ✅ Technical Skills:
• Sail Point Identity Now/ISC configuration & administration.
• Strong knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, REST APIs, SCIM, and SSO (OAuth, SAML, OpenID Connect).
• Experience with Java, PowerShell, or Python for scripting and automation will be added advantage • Hands-on experience integrating SaaS and on-prem applications with Sail Point. ✅ Certifications:
• Sail Point Certified Identity Now Professional • Sail Point Certified Identity Security Cloud Engineer • Other IAM-related certifications (e.g., CISSP, Entra ID, Cyber Ark PAM) ✅ Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to business and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions (Cyber Ark, Beyond Trust, etc.).
• Knowledge of Cloud IAM solutions (Azure AD, AWS IAM, Google Cloud IAM).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps for IAM automation.
