Job Summary

To contribute to consulting projects by understanding Client business requirements ,conduct research and analyze data, to deliver high-quality consulting services.

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer/Consultant with expertise in TIBCO BE, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development. The ideal candidate is to have experience working with banking customers on technical implementation and onboarding. This role requires strong solution design and architecture capabilities, along with the ability to interact directly with business users and take full ownership of communication.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement solutions using TIBCO Business Events (BE), Java, and Spring Boot.
Lead architecture discussions and ensure best practices in Microservices development.
Collaborate with banking clients to facilitate smooth onboarding and technical implementations.
Communicate effectively with business users, ensuring seamless coordination and problem resolution.
Take full ownership of technical solutions, documentation, and delivery timelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong expertise in TIBCO BE, Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices development.
Proven ability to design and architect scalable solutions in enterprise environments.
Experience working with banking systems and managing customer interactions.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to client collaboration.
Hands on experience in Java Spring Boot migration and GenAI solution implementation will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

1. To collaborate with senior consultants, conduct research, analyze data, and provide valuable insights to contribute to the success of client engagements.
2. To contribute to the preparation of client deliverables, including reports, presentations, proposals and participate in client meetings, workshops and presentations.
3. To coordinate with technical teams for pending RICEFs
4. To train others and prepare and deliver presentations for knowledge sharing amongst different teams in the project
5. To continuously develop skills and knowledge related to consulting methodologies and stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends.
